Function & Scope
The double planetary disperser is ideal for mixing high viscosity materials. It adopts high- strength heavy-duty design with various configurations such as vacuum, heating and cooling,interchangeable containers, built-in type control operation and frequency conversion speed control, etc. It is also suitable for gentle mixing of materials, granulation or mixing of materials sensitive to shear force. It is widely used in lithium battery slurry, adhesive, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, electronic material, fine chemical, compound material and other industries.
Structure Principle
The structure of the double planetary disperser consists of two planetary mixing paddles and two high-speed dispersing shafts, all of which work in a planetary motion, i.e., they run in a circular rotation around the same axis while rotating along their respective axes. Experiments show that after 36 rotations of the equipment, the two planetary stirring paddles can complete the full coverage of the container and thus achieve physical contact with the whole batch.
